Questions to ask any company

What isn't covered

  • • Misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents
  • • Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
  • • Acts of nature — including flooding, hurricanes and storm damage
  • • Water conditions that foul filters, resins or membranes
  • • Unauthorized modifications to the system

Maintenance, honestly

Check the salt
Look in the brine tank monthly at first, then every two to three months. Low? Pour a bag straight on top.
Change RO filters annually
Once a year on the tank system. Tankless cartridges are a quick swap you can do by hand.
Leave the bypass accessible
If a plumber ever needs to work on your house, reaching the bypass saves everyone time.
Call us first
Unauthorized repairs void coverage. If something seems off, it's usually a setting, not a fault.

Warranty questions

What does 'lifetime' actually mean here?

It applies to the original purchaser, for as long as you own the system: the tanks, the ceramic discs in the valve, and the dry parts that never touch water.

Why is the control valve 5 years and not lifetime?

The ceramic discs inside it are lifetime — those are the wearing part. The valve body's electronics and moving assembly carry 5 years, which is the manufacturer's backing.

Is labor covered after the first year?

The parts warranty continues, but labor for a component replacement isn't included after year one.
